All software, code, designs, graphics, and content created by GMP FINTECH remain the intellectual property of GMP FINTECH until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the deliverable (website, software, app) is licensed to you for your business use. You may not resell or redistribute any software or solution built by us without prior written consent.
You may not use our services or platforms for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, spam, phishing, or any activity that violates RBI, SEBI, or other regulatory guidelines applicable to financial services in India.
Use of our WhatsApp Business API services must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy. You must not send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate template guidelines. GMP FINTECH is not liable for account suspensions resulting from policy violations by the client.
GMP FINTECH's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Palwal, Haryana, India.
